Use according to this manual:

2. The substrate must be clean, dry, dust-, oil-, wax-free before the wall hooks are attached.
3. A adhesive hook lasts for a short time up to 8kg on the smooth surface. For permanent Usage we recommend a lower load than 8kg.
4. Please avoid using on rough surfaces, painted walls, Textile wallpaper or the like; high temperatures. Rough and uneven surfaces are basically unsuitable.
Remove and reuse?
1. Use a hair dryer to heat the hook / PVC.
2. Then press on the center of the hook and slowly remove the foil from the substrate.
3. The PVC leaves no traces. After cleaning and drying the PVC, the hook can be used again.
