Turmeric Powder 10:1 Extract Equivalent too 2000mg
Double Strength Turmeric powder 500mg
Black pepper Extract 95% ( piperine) 5mg
Capsules Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC) Vegetarian Capsules.
Suggested Use: Take 1 – 2 Capsules daily with food and a glass of water. Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a qualified health care professional. We recommend spreading the dosage throughout the day as turmeric only stays in your system for up to 8 hours. If you are new customer, it is advised to start with one daily and to build up your dosage gradually and see what works for you. Please consult your DR before taking any nutrient dense product.
